I interviewed with six firms yesterday. I think, if I tried (cared), I could get a job at any one of them. However. I have no desire to work in Florida, Texas, or Denver. I refuse to work for a company that has no stewardship ethic beyond simple dollar values. That eliminates five firms right there. The other firm designs sports facilities and is located in Kansas City (that's two strikes, right off the bat). But. They have the largest, not to mention globally renowned, model shop in the midwest. That's almost a home run. Let's keep our eye on that.

Today, I met with the Nation to move forward on this senior design project. Huge. It was awesome. Here's a textual audio bite for ya:

"Someone is sitting in my chair. You're sitting in my chair, Just remember that next time."

"I want you to crunch the numbers on our yearly elctricity intake - I want to see how it compares to the cost of windmills."

"We're going to have to tell the people they can't shoot high-powered rifles on the reservation anymore. Only shotguns and twenty-twos."

Progress is afoot.

"Campbell, California, ah, please don't let me down. Robert, I remember when you used to run the town. I'll never forget, and I'll always be your friend, I'll be seeing you on the other side..."
